Are Freshwater Pools completely safe?
A Freshwater Pool is completely safe for you and your loved ones! By being completely free of potentially dangerous chemicals and microbes that may affect their health, freshwater pools are a great way to spend your weekends splashing away without any worries.
You might wonder, but how can it be safe without chemicals? How does it even work? Is it magic? Keep on reading and we’ll reveal our not-so-secret method on keeping your freshwater pool safe and clean. It’s PURE & SIMPLE, really.
It can be quite surprising to know that freshwater pools do not require any chlorine or any other potentially harmful chemicals to deal with germs, microbes and algae, while at the same time, will not cause any corrosion to pool ladders and other fixtures.
Using highly innovative technology, NatureSwim™ is able to clean your pool using methods that have previously been used for hundreds of years until the use of chlorine became prevalent. Of course, this was encouraged by the manufacturers of chlorine, as the pool industry accounts for a large portion of their revenue stream. In fact, chlorine is NOT required to have a safe pool.
What’s the secret? Silver and copper rods! (ionization)
Low DC current passes through the copper/silver rods, it forms a positive charge for both the copper and silver, positively charged copper attaches itself onto algae which is negatively charged, positively charged silver attaches itself to bacteria which is also negatively charged. But it doesn't stop there! We have also added a powerful oxidizer to help further sanitize the water to really make your swimming pool sparkle.
So what is an oxidizer and what does it do?
There are many different ways to oxidize the swimming pool, and the most common one is chlorine. We have a different method to oxidise the water and that is by using low DC current on titanium plates making it 100 times stronger than chlorine and 1000 times faster at killing bacteria without the need of any chemicals!
Ever wondered why water fountains have very clear water where coins are tossed in?
The answer to that is very simple, copper coins and silver coins!
Evidence indicates that copper and silver was used as far back as 10,000 years ago, where ancient Egyptians stored water in copper jugs to eliminate algae and then poured into silver mugs/cups to eliminate bacteria.
