Warranty

This warranty is not transferable in any way and solely applies to materials and workmanship. Only home swimming pools are intended for use with this equipment. Keep a copy of your original sales receipt and serial number in a secure location.

THE NATURESWIM SYSTEM AND OTHER EQUIPMENT WE SELL HAVE BEEN MADE AND TESTED TO MEET EUROPEAN STANDARDS AND ARE THEREFORE COVERED BY THE FOLLOWING WARRANTY.

If, after examination, it is determined that the failure was brought on by subpar workmanship or materials, the NatureSwim Control Unit and Oxidiser Electrode will be repaired free of charge for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This is a back to base warranty. Depending on the size of the pool, the Ioniser rods will occasionally need to be replaced because they are a consumable component. There is no warranty on the ionizer rods. The warranty that applies to commercial applications is only valid for a year from the installation date.

This warranty shall be void if there are any unfavorable operating circumstances that are not under the manufacturer's control, such as inadequate electricity or water pressure, high ambient temperatures, or other circumstances that impair the performance of the equipment.

All shipping costs for the first year will be reimbursed when defective equipment is returned to the manufacturer or dealer as soon as the buyer becomes aware of the issue. Poolnologies will pay the return and the buyer is responsible for the transportation. Any goods damaged in transportation are not the responsibility of the manufacturer or the dealer.

If after inspection it is determined that the equipment is flawed, it will be fixed or replaced without charge (transportation charges will then be covered by the purchaser.) However, if the equipment is examined and it is determined that the provisions of this warranty are not met, the manufacturer will charge the standard rates for repair or replacement, which includes all transportation expenses.

Any liability of the manufacturer pursuant to the Trade Practices Act 1974, as amended for a breach of a condition or warranty shall be limited to replacing or acquiring the equipment (or part thereof) where the same has been supplied.

The manufacturer's maximum responsibility in no circumstance shall exceed the contract price for the alleged faulty equipment, product parts, or components. In addition, other than as specifically stated in this warranty, the manufacturer is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay caused directly or indirectly by any fault, defect, or failure of the equipment.

The manufacturer's products are made to be used with swimming pool water that is pH-balanced between 6.8 and 7.8 and balanced according to the Langelier Saturation Index. The TDS level shouldn't be more than 1000ppm, and copper levels shouldn't be higher than 0.5ppm.

The manufacturer is not responsible for harm brought on by corrosion, scale, or stress, among other things.

Any of the following may invalidate the warranty:

- Installation is performed incorrectly by anyone who is not one of our authorized installers.

- Any individual other than a person we have authorized to service the Control Unit, Oxidizer Electrode, or Ionizer Rods.

- There is no weather protection for the Control Unit.

- The Control Unit is not used in a location or circumstance that is well ventilated.

- The Control Unit or Cable Connections were exposed to water.

- If a commercial model is not purchased, and is operate in a commercial environment.

- Infestation of insects or penetration of the Control Unit by dust, sand, or other foreign particles.

-Damage that is out of our control.

- Equipment that has been abused, neglected, broken, illegally repaired, or otherwise modified.
