It is with great pleasure to announce that as of the 1st of January, 2021, Poolnologies Co., Ltd has acquires Enviroswim Asia Co., Ltd and has been incorporated into the Poolnologies group of companies and partners.
Henceforth, all ongoing and future business activities of Enviroswim Asia Co., Ltd shall be conducted under the name of Poolnologies Co., Ltd.
Through this acquisition Poolnologies has taken the first vital steps to becoming the forefront innovators in freshwater pool systems and water preservation systems within the pool industry.
Poolnologies together with their groups of companies and partners have over 200 years of combined experience in manufacturing, producing and developing the highest quality and innovative swimming pool products on the market.
This marks as a big achievement for all parties involved, and together we can continue to innovate together while pushing each other’s skills and businesses to grow to new heights while providing safety, quality, durability, efficiency all while preserving as much water as possible for a more sustainable environment and future in the freshwater pool industry.
